This delightful conundrum served as the humble birthplace of a remarkable idea that has since evolved into a thriving culinary adventure.

The idea of producing crystallised sugar over dried fruit, herbs, and spices first came to my mind during this particular family gathering. I wanted rose buds, my brother and father wanted cardamom, and my mother wanted saffron. It was impossible to satisfy everyone’s preferences in one pot.
Inspired by this challenge, I saw a potential business opportunity. I knew there were many people out there who, like my family, craved unique and personalised flavours in their tea or other culinary creations. And so, the idea of starting a business that specialised in producing crystallised sugar infused with dried fruit, herbs, and spices was born.
My family and I began experimenting with crystallising sugar using the knowledge we had gained from high school chemistry classes. We studied various techniques and tried different combinations of ingredients to create the perfect balance of flavour and crystal formation. It was a labor of love that took us almost a year to finally produce the product we desired.
